🚀NEW Tribe Prospects: Pathway Program (Ages 8–12)

From Rec to Ready – Your Player’s Next Step Starts Here.

GT Tribe’s Pathway Program: Tribe Prospects is designed for 8–12-year-old athletes who are ready to push beyond recreational baseball but may not yet be ready for full-time travel ball.

This developmental program offers players the opportunity to practice in a competitive, skill-focused environment, without the pressure of tournament schedules. Tribe Prospects are introduced to the structure, coaching style, and pace of competitive baseball while still building confidence, refining fundamentals, and learning how to train like a travel athlete.

Program Highlights:

  • Weekly practices with Tribe travel coaches

  • Access to Inland Peak Performance for cage and training sessions

  • Emphasis on player development, leadership, and fundamentals

  • Progress evaluations and an opportunity to transition to a full Tribe roster when ready

Is your player ready to bridge the gap between rec and travel ball? The Tribe Prospects program is the perfect next step. Spots are limited, and the program is offered year-round.

Proud to Be a USA Baseball BASE-Compliant Organization

At GT Tribe Baseball, the safety, development, and well-being of every athlete are our top priority. That’s why we are proud to be recognized as a USA Baseball BASE-Compliant organization—a trusted standard in youth baseball that ensures programs meet essential safety and conduct requirements.

What Does BASE Compliance Mean?
BASE stands for Baseball Athlete Safety Education, a USA Baseball initiative designed to protect young athletes and promote healthy development through comprehensive training and certification.

As a BASE-Compliant club:

  • ✅ All coaches and volunteers are certified through USA Baseball’s BASE program.

  • ✅ We conduct thorough background checks on all adult staff and volunteers.

  • ✅ All personnel complete Abuse Awareness and Prevention Training to help identify, prevent, and appropriately respond to any form of misconduct or abuse.

  • ✅ We adhere to national player health and safety guidelines, including proper pitch count limits, arm care protocols, and heat safety practices.

  • ✅ Our organization upholds a strict Code of Conduct focused on respect, integrity, and sportsmanship at every level of play.

Why It Matters:
Being BASE-Compliant isn’t just a badge—it’s a promise. It means our athletes are part of a program that puts their physical and emotional safety first, ensures our staff is educated and accountable, and creates an environment where players can grow in skill, confidence, and character.

We are committed to upholding these standards year-round and continuing to improve the safety and integrity of our program.
